This privacy policy explains how ERIUM collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors and prospects of the erium.fr website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
Data controller

Data we collect
- Demo and contact forms: the forms opened from the “Book a demo” and “Contact an expert” buttons are provided by Pipedrive. The information you submit (name, email, company, message and any other field you fill in) is sent directly to our customer relationship management tool, Pipedrive.
- Browsing: no audience measurement tool or advertising pixel is used, and no browsing data is collected for tracking purposes. Fonts, images and documents are hosted on our own servers: no third-party service is called while you browse.

Recipients
Data submitted through the forms is processed by Pipedrive (Pipedrive OÜ), our CRM processor, to manage our commercial relationships. Pipedrive's own privacy and cookie policies apply to the forms it provides. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Our hosting provider has access to data only for the technical hosting and maintenance of the website.
Retention
Data collected through the forms is kept for 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer legal retention period applies.
Cookies
Our website sets no cookies, whether technical, analytical or advertising, and stores nothing in your browser.
The only exception is the Pipedrive form: when you open a “Book a demo” or “Contact an expert” form, Pipedrive may place cookies required for the form to work and to be secured. These cookies are governed by Pipedrive's cookie policy. If you do not open a form, no cookie is set.
Security
The website implements technical and organizational measures to protect your data: secure HTTPS connection, intrusion protection, and two-factor authentication for administration access.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting contact@erium.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) if you believe your rights are not respected.
Hosting
The erium.fr website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva), Switzerland. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
